Sight Drawing Sound is a Processing applet built with Mike Dory that maps the direction, speed, and intensity of a flashlight to manipulate sound. Users wave a small baton with an LED at the tip to conduct the music they wanted to play. An iSight video camera tracks the light’s movement and the resulting position values effect the Midi output values of an Absynth virtual instrument.
